WoodEnecho backs every piece with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we'll replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of solid wood.

After the warranty period: we may still supply replacement materials where available, though labour and shipping costs would be yours to cover.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return — whether something is wrong with it, or you simply changed your mind.
Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all protective materials intact. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
No restocking fee — you are refunded the full price of the item. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover the full cost of return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund; we arrange the collection and confirm the amount with you before it is booked. Custom or made-to-measure pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging.
Every WoodEnecho piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Thick ribbons of Natural Solid Wood roll horizontally across the front of this media cabinet, standing so far proud of the face that they cast a shadow line of their own. Behind them sit three doors, and the case is kept severe: a flat top, square ends and a plinth recessed under the body.
Relief this deep has to be taken out of thick stock rather than applied, which is why the crests keep their weight and the troughs still show solid material underneath. The bands are shaped so each crest lifts, flattens and falls again along the length, and they are then rounded and polished until the transition feels continuous to the hand. Carrying the same rhythm past three door seams and onto the side panels is the fussiest part, since any drift shows immediately once the doors are shut. Inside, the cabinet is left as one clear run for equipment and cables.
Use it beneath a wall-mounted screen in a living room or media room, where the closed front keeps consoles and cables invisible. It also reads well as a low storage cabinet in a bedroom or a wide entrance hall.
Dust along the crests with a soft dry cloth, reaching into the hollows with a clean soft brush, and use a barely damp cloth on the top before drying it. Keep the cabinet away from lasting damp, strong sun and heat vents, and never apply harsh chemical cleaners. Six widths are offered, custom sizing may be available, and every tone finish is a surface colour over the same Natural Solid Wood.
Each piece ships disassembled so it can be packed securely and arrive without dents or cracks. Detailed assembly instructions are included, and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Made from solid natural hardwood from top to base - no veneer over particle board - and finished with natural oils and waxes, so grain, colour and texture vary from piece to piece.
Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. Wipe away standing water immediately, keep the piece away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and use coasters or pads under glasses and heavy objects. Every 6-12 months, apply a wood conditioner or natural wax. On pieces with screws, joints or mortise-and-tenon construction, check and tighten the connections periodically.
Shipping. Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, no minimum purchase. Every piece is made to order and spends 7-10 business days in the workshop, then a further 3-7 business days in transit - roughly 10-17 business days from order to delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We ship to the United States only and handle US customs ourselves, so there are no duties or import fees on delivery.
Returns. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the full cost of return shipping; for a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund, and we confirm the amount with you before collection is booked. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. Walnut, Oak, Brown and Black are tone finishes, not species. Within one product the timber underneath is the same in every option; only the colour of the surface changes. The grain still reads through the tone instead of being painted out.
Some pieces travel whole and some in a few parts — we pack whichever way carries the piece more safely. Screws, wall anchors and full fitting instructions are supplied, and tall or wall-mounted pieces fix at both the top and the bottom, so no separate anti-tip strap is needed.
Walnut, Oak, Brown and Black are colours, not different woods — the timber underneath is the same in all four. Pick the one closest to the wood already in the room, or go a shade darker for contrast. Screens shift colour, so read the photographs as a guide rather than a swatch.
Every size is listed in the Size option with its width, depth and height. Measure the space first, then measure the route in — the doorway, the turn in the hall, the stairwell including the handrail — and allow an extra 1 to 1.5 inches for the delivery team's hands.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Despite there being no absolutely no information on your website about it arriving in two pieces, that is exactly what happened. The artisan sculpted it in one piece - which I am aware of because I was sent pictures of it in progress - but then for some crazy reason it was cut in half and dovetail grooves were installed to put it back together. The problem is the grooves do not align properly, and the two halves will not fit together. The artisan has been responsive via e-mail and told me to keep trying, but when I did it started to separate along another joint, so I stopped. I then sent the artisan pictures and measurements showing why it won't fit together, and I was told to hire a carpenter to fix it. It appears to me that one (maybe both) of the dovetails need to be cut off and then some other method of attachment used. As it turns out now, the piece is useless to me and is just taking up space in my living room on the floor in two pieces. Please advise on what I should do.
