Order Changes & Cancellations — Woodenecho

At Woodenecho, every piece is made to order and enters our workshop queue soon after checkout. Because of this, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to modify or cancel it.

How to Modify or Cancel Your Order

Please include your order number and what you'd like changed. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours, and we'll confirm in writing once the change has been applied — your request isn't final until you receive that confirmation from us.

Within the 24-hour window we can usually update the shipping address, adjust dimensions or finish on a custom piece, or cancel the order for a full refund.

After the 24-Hour Window

Once 24 hours have passed, your order may already be in production or prepared for shipment, and we will no longer be able to process changes or cancellations. Because our pieces are handcrafted from Natural Solid Wood to your specifications, work that has begun cannot be reassigned to another customer.

If your order has already shipped, you're still covered by our 30-day return policy on items in original condition and original packaging.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order — including apartment or unit number, and any gate or building access details our delivery team may need.

We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an address error, we will cover the cost of reshipping it to the corrected address.

Our free shipping covers the United States. If you're moving before your delivery date, let us know as early as possible so we can update the shipping details while the piece is still in our workshop.
