Returns

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, for any reason, including if you simply change your mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@woodenecho.com or call +1 (404) 446-1541 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print. We cover the full cost of return shipping for all returns, including change-of-mind returns — you will not be charged any return shipping fee under any circumstance. No restocking fee applies to any return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@woodenecho.com or +1 (404) 446-1541 so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you. If your order never arrives, contact us and we will investigate and resolve it at no cost to you. If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible — orders can only be cancelled free of charge before they have shipped.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
