WoodEnecho backs every piece with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we'll replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of solid wood.

Every WoodEnecho piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Once our products are finished, we disassemble them into several pieces before shipping. This isn't a shortcut — it's actually to protect your order! Our pieces can be large and bulky, so breaking them down makes them much easier to package securely and move safely, which means your item arrives without any dents, cracks, or damage from bumps during transit.
No worries about assembly, though — our craftsmen carefully design every joint and connection to fit together snugly and precisely once you put it together. Plus, we include detailed assembly instructions with every order, so you can set everything up with confidence.
Most console tables announce themselves with hardware; this one does it with a single line. The base is one continuous band of Natural Solid Wood that starts as a tapered foot lying flat on the floor, curls upward in a broad S, and merges into the underside of the top without a break — the whole silhouette can be traced with one finger. Above it, the top is an elongated oval whose ends round off completely, so the piece reads as a stroke of movement frozen against the wall. The Walnut tone finish deepens in the hollows of the curve and lightens where the surface turns to the light, which makes the form shift as you walk past it. It is a sculptural solid wood console table that behaves like a piece of art you can put your keys on.
Both the top and the curved base are Natural Solid Wood, shaped by hand into compound curves that no flat-panel construction could produce. Getting a band of wood to sweep like this takes patient carving and long hours of shaping, because the surface has to stay fair in every direction at once — any flat spot or ripple shows immediately under a raking light. Our craftsmen work the whole form through progressive grits until the curve is unbroken to the touch, then apply a protective wood surface that brings up the grain and gives the piece a soft satin depth rather than a hard shine. The Walnut, Brown, Oak, and Black options are all tone finishes applied to that same solid wood body.
The engineering here is the design. The base makes contact with the floor along one long tapered foot, then carries the load diagonally up through the curve to meet the top off-centre, which leaves a large open crescent of negative space underneath and lets the top appear to float on one side. The top itself is a single elongated slab, slightly hollowed across its face and thinning toward the rounded ends, giving a generous flat run through the middle for lamps, vases, or a tray. There are no drawers, cabinet doors, or shelves — this is a display and drop-off surface rather than a storage cabinet. At a consistent 30"H it lands at standard console height, and the 12" to 14" depth means it can sit in a hallway without narrowing the passage.
An entryway is the natural home for it: mounted against the wall under a picture or mirror, it takes keys, post, and a lamp while the sculptural base does the decorative work. In a living room the longer 60" and 65" sizes work well behind a floating sofa or along a blank wall as a display run, and the 42" and 47" sizes suit a shorter hallway wall or the space between two doorways. It also suits a wide landing or a dining room as a serving ledge for drinks and glassware. Because the crescent under the curve stays open, the piece can be lit from below or beside to throw the shadow of the wave onto the wall behind it.
If none of the five listed sizes fits your wall, custom width, depth, and height can be made to order, including proportions tuned to a particular hallway run. The tone finish can be specified as Brown, Walnut, Oak, or Black, and the surface sheen can be adjusted from a soft natural feel to a more protective matte coating. Because every base is carved individually, we can send photographs of your actual piece while the curve is being shaped, so you can see how the grain runs through the sweep before it ships. Let us know which way the curve should face relative to your entry and we will orient the piece to suit the room.
Dust the curves with a soft dry cloth, following the direction of the sweep, and use only a barely damp cloth for marks before drying the area straight away. Keep the console clear of prolonged direct sunlight, heat sources, and damp, which can shift the tone unevenly across a curved surface. Place felt pads or a small tray under lamps, vases, and anything with a hard base so the finished top stays unmarked.

Dust regularly using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, chemicals, or abrasive materials that may damage or scratch the wood surface.
Periodic Wood Maintenance
Every 6–12 months, apply a wood conditioner or natural wax to help nourish the wood, maintain its luster, and improve moisture resistance.
Protect the Surface
Use coasters, pads, or protective mats under glasses, vases, and heavy or sharp objects to help prevent scratches, dents, or surface marks.
Inspect & Tighten Hardware
For products featuring screws, joints, or traditional mortise-and-tenon construction, periodically check and tighten connections to ensure long-term stability and strength.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Despite there being no absolutely no information on your website about it arriving in two pieces, that is exactly what happened. The artisan sculpted it in one piece - which I am aware of because I was sent pictures of it in progress - but then for some crazy reason it was cut in half and dovetail grooves were installed to put it back together. The problem is the grooves do not align properly, and the two halves will not fit together. The artisan has been responsive via e-mail and told me to keep trying, but when I did it started to separate along another joint, so I stopped. I then sent the artisan pictures and measurements showing why it won't fit together, and I was told to hire a carpenter to fix it. It appears to me that one (maybe both) of the dovetails need to be cut off and then some other method of attachment used. As it turns out now, the piece is useless to me and is just taking up space in my living room on the floor in two pieces. Please advise on what I should do.
