WoodEnecho backs every piece with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we'll replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of solid wood.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return — whether something is wrong with it, or you simply changed your mind.
Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all protective materials intact. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
No restocking fee — you are refunded the full price of the item. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover the full cost of return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund; we arrange the collection and confirm the amount with you before it is booked. Custom or made-to-measure pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging.
Every WoodEnecho piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Cotton upholstery meeting an open curved frame gives this piece an easy Scandinavian calm. The wood is never hidden behind fabric: the side panels sweep down in one continuous curve into the base rail, wrapping the seat like a shallow cradle, with flat caps laid across the top of each arm.
Shaping a side panel so it curves down in one sweep and still meets the base rail cleanly is the demanding part of this frame, and the arm caps are eased at the edges so nothing feels sharp where a forearm lands. Three people sit across a single uninterrupted seat cushion, with no seam or gap breaking the line of the bench, while two large back cushions lean into the frame and can be shifted, plumped or angled. The tufting is worked in even channels so the seat holds its shape rather than flattening through the middle. Nothing is fixed in place unnecessarily: the cushions lift out for airing, and the finish deepens the grain rather than masking it.
Set against the main wall of a living room it reads as a low horizontal line, leaving the wall above free for art. It works equally pulled forward to face a fireplace, since the curved back is finished and looks intentional from behind.
Wipe the frame with a dry or barely damp soft cloth and dry it right away. Keep the sofa out of direct sunlight and away from radiators or damp corners so both wood and cotton stay stable, and turn and lightly plump the cushions from time to time. Width and tone finish are chosen at order, with other details open to request.
Each piece ships disassembled so it can be packed securely and arrive without dents or cracks. Detailed assembly instructions are included, and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Made from solid natural hardwood from top to base - no veneer over particle board - and finished with natural oils and waxes, so grain, colour and texture vary from piece to piece.
Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. Wipe away standing water immediately, keep the piece away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and use coasters or pads under glasses and heavy objects. Every 6-12 months, apply a wood conditioner or natural wax. On pieces with screws, joints or mortise-and-tenon construction, check and tighten the connections periodically.
Shipping. Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, no minimum purchase. Every piece is made to order and spends 7-10 business days in the workshop, then a further 3-7 business days in transit - roughly 10-17 business days from order to delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We ship to the United States only and handle US customs ourselves, so there are no duties or import fees on delivery.
Returns. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the full cost of return shipping; for a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund, and we confirm the amount with you before collection is booked. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Despite there being no absolutely no information on your website about it arriving in two pieces, that is exactly what happened. The artisan sculpted it in one piece - which I am aware of because I was sent pictures of it in progress - but then for some crazy reason it was cut in half and dovetail grooves were installed to put it back together. The problem is the grooves do not align properly, and the two halves will not fit together. The artisan has been responsive via e-mail and told me to keep trying, but when I did it started to separate along another joint, so I stopped. I then sent the artisan pictures and measurements showing why it won't fit together, and I was told to hire a carpenter to fix it. It appears to me that one (maybe both) of the dovetails need to be cut off and then some other method of attachment used. As it turns out now, the piece is useless to me and is just taking up space in my living room on the floor in two pieces. Please advise on what I should do.
