DETAILS

The top of this table is drawn as a bean: one long side curves in on itself while the other bulges out, and the rim rolls thick and uneven all the way round. Three heavy cylinders of Natural Solid Wood stand under it, set where the shape needs them rather than at tidy corners.

Product Highlights

  • Material — handcrafted from Natural Solid Wood, top and all three columns.
  • Bean-shaped top — a free outline that pinches on one side and swells on the other.
  • Three column legs — stout cylinders, even in girth from floor to underside.
  • Off-centre stance — the legs are placed to follow the curve, not in a rectangle.
  • Thick rolled rim — the edge rises and falls slightly instead of running flat.
  • Clear floor — nothing spans between the columns, leaving the rug fully visible.
  • Own character — grain and tone are never repeated across two tables.

Design & Craftsmanship

A free outline like this has to be balanced by eye: the three columns are positioned so the widest part of the top and the narrow waist both stay level underfoot, and each is turned heavy enough to look deliberate rather than spindly. The rim is shaped by hand so its thickness changes gently along the curve, which is what keeps the edge looking grown rather than machined. Both faces of the slab are worked smooth, and the figure is allowed to sweep across the width in one run. Where the columns meet the underside, the joint is cut to seat flat and stay tight through seasonal movement.

Placement & Use

Suited to a sectional that needs a low, informal centre, a lounge or media room where a soft outline relaxes the geometry, or an open-plan room where the table is walked around from every side.

Care & Customization

Dust the top with a soft dry cloth and go round the columns where they meet the floor, lifting marks with a barely damp cloth. Keep hot items and standing liquid off the bare surface by using coasters and trivets, and avoid long direct sun and steady damp. Custom sizing may be available on request, and a tone finish is the colour laid on the surface, not a different Natural Solid Wood.

Shipping & Assembly

Each piece ships disassembled so it can be packed securely and arrive without dents or cracks. Detailed assembly instructions are included, and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.

Good to Know

  • Listing includes the coffee table only — decorative items and styling accessories shown are not included.
  • The table stands on three column legs and has no shelf, drawer or storage beneath the top.
  • Grain, knots and tonal shifts are natural to solid wood and are not defects.
  • The free-form outline is shaped by hand, so each top varies a little from the photographs.
  • The columns arrive separate from the top and are fitted to it on assembly.
  • Designed for stable placement on flat indoor surfaces, with production updates available upon request.
  • Covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Made from solid natural hardwood from top to base - no veneer over particle board - and finished with natural oils and waxes, so grain, colour and texture vary from piece to piece.

Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. Wipe away standing water immediately, keep the piece away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and use coasters or pads under glasses and heavy objects. Every 6-12 months, apply a wood conditioner or natural wax. On pieces with screws, joints or mortise-and-tenon construction, check and tighten the connections periodically.

SHIPPING & RETURN

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the full cost of return shipping; for a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund, and we confirm the amount with you before collection is booked. 01

The wood

Solid monkey pod or solid oak, depending on the piece: monkey pod where a wide single slab is wanted, because it grows broad enough to give a top in one board, and oak where a straighter grain suits the design. Solid right through the structure — never particleboard, MDF or a veneered core.

The finish

Walnut, Oak, Brown and Black are tone finishes, not species. Within one product the timber underneath is the same in every option; only the colour of the surface changes. The grain still reads through the tone instead of being painted out.

The fitting

Some pieces travel whole and some in a few parts — we pack whichever way carries the piece more safely. Screws, wall anchors and full fitting instructions are supplied, and tall or wall-mounted pieces fix at both the top and the bottom, so no separate anti-tip strap is needed.

How to choose yours

Which finish?

Walnut, Oak, Brown and Black are colours, not different woods — the timber underneath is the same in all four. Pick the one closest to the wood already in the room, or go a shade darker for contrast. Screens shift colour, so read the photographs as a guide rather than a swatch.

Which size?

Every size is listed in the Size option with its width, depth and height. Measure the space first, then measure the route in — the doorway, the turn in the hall, the stairwell including the handrail — and allow an extra 1 to 1.5 inches for the delivery team's hands.

Still not sure?

Read the two lines below on who this piece suits, then look through the questions further down the page. If it still turns out wrong once it is in the room, you have 30 days to send it back.

Right for you if

you want a surface that takes daily use — feet up, mugs down — and still looks like wood in five years.

Think twice if

you move the furniture around often and need something light enough to shift on your own.

Made to order, one at a time, in the size and the finish you pick.

Fantastic experience! The vanity ordered was custom sized to fit our space perfectly. The communication and customer service from the very beginning, all the way through to delivery were top notch. Customer video review of Sculptural Wave Natural Solid Wood TV Stand with Open Base Design

An absolute masterpiece! I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The quality is exceptional, and the attention to detail in person is just stunning. It instantly elevated my space. The grain pattern on the top surface has gorgeous, bold "cathedral" arches that give the piece a ton of organic character. The team was really responsive and walked me through the whole process. Only regret is not getting it longer. 10/10

Customer photo review of Solid Wood Accent Table – Modern Sculptural Tri-Branch Design

I was honestly impressed when this console table arrived. The Natural Solid Wood grain is absolutely stunning and looks even better in person than in the photos. The design feels sculptural and modern but still very warm and natural. It instantly elevated the entryway of my home and became a conversation piece whenever guests visit.

Customer photo review of Solid Wood Accent Table – Modern Sculptural Tri-Branch Design

The product was carefully packaged and we received an instruction video. Despite our best efforts, the seams are still clearly visible. The finish is shinier than usual. Customer service said they would fix these issues. I'm sure the product will look great once fully assembled.

Solid Wood Accent Table – Modern Sculptural Tri-Branch Design

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Despite there being no absolutely no information on your website about it arriving in two pieces, that is exactly what happened. The artisan sculpted it in one piece - which I am aware of because I was sent pictures of it in progress - but then for some crazy reason it was cut in half and dovetail grooves were installed to put it back together. The problem is the grooves do not align properly, and the two halves will not fit together. The artisan has been responsive via e-mail and told me to keep trying, but when I did it started to separate along another joint, so I stopped. I then sent the artisan pictures and measurements showing why it won't fit together, and I was told to hire a carpenter to fix it. It appears to me that one (maybe both) of the dovetails need to be cut off and then some other method of attachment used. As it turns out now, the piece is useless to me and is just taking up space in my living room on the floor in two pieces. Please advise on what I should do.

Frequently Asked Questions

forest

What wood is it, and is it solid all the way through?

Solid monkey pod or solid oak, depending on the piece: monkey pod where a wide single slab is wanted, because it grows broad enough to give a top in one board, and oak where a straighter grain suits the design. Either way it is solid wood right through the structure — never particleboard, MDF or a veneered core. The timber is dried before production and sealed with a protective finish.

format_paint

Walnut, Oak, Brown, Black — are those different types of wood?

No. Those are tone finishes, not species. Within one product the timber underneath is the same in every option; only the colour of the surface changes. Choosing a finish is choosing a colour, not a different material.

palette

Will my piece look exactly like the photographs?

It will be the same design, but not an identical twin. Grain, knots, figure and tone vary from board to board because every piece is made from natural solid wood, and screen settings shift colour as well. That variation is the material itself, not a fault — it is what makes each piece one of a kind.

handyman

Does it arrive assembled, and are the fixings included?

Some pieces travel whole and some in a few parts — we pack whichever way carries the piece more safely. Screws, wall anchors and full fitting instructions are supplied. Tall and wall-mounted pieces are fixed at both the top and the bottom, so no separate anti-tip strap is needed. Fit into studs or solid masonry wherever the layout allows, and professional installation is recommended.

scale

How much weight will a shelf or a top hold?

Up to 40 kg, about 88 lb, spread evenly across the surface rather than concentrated in one corner. On a bookcase or a tall cabinet, load the lower shelves first so the weight stays low.

straighten

How do I know it will fit through my door and up my stairs?

Check the dimensions in the Size option above, then measure the narrowest point on the route into the room — the doorway, the turn in the hallway, the stairwell including the handrail. Allow an extra 1 to 1.5 inches for the delivery team's hands.

water_drop

How do I look after it?

Dust with a dry cloth, wipe with a damp one, and skip household cleaners and anything abrasive. Use a coaster or mat under anything hot or wet, lift spills rather than letting them sit, and re-oil the surface about once a year — every six months in a bathroom or a very dry room.
