Every WoodEnecho piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Symmetry governs this Natural Solid Wood bathroom vanity: a carved door on the left, a carved door on the right, and a quiet rectangular void cut straight through the centre between them. The door fronts are chiselled into a field of overlapping scoops deep enough that raking light turns the facade into ridges and hollows.
Each door is worked from stock thick enough to be carved into without losing structural depth, which is what allows the relief to be cut so aggressively. Craftsmen remove material scoop by scoop with hand tools, following the run of the grain so crests and hollows fall naturally. End panels and the countertop are left smooth to frame that carved work, and every facet is sanded by hand until the surface is soft to the touch.
The symmetrical front is meant to be seen head-on, which suits the main wall of a primary bathroom or an ensuite. It also holds its own as the sole feature in a minimal stone-clad room. Allow enough wall height above for tapware, since the countertop carries no backsplash.
Dust the carved fronts with a soft dry brush or cloth so the hollows stay clean, wipe splashes away promptly and ventilate the room after showering. Keep the piece out of prolonged direct sunlight and stand bottles on a small tray. The depth of the relief and the height of the fixed shelf inside the niche can be adjusted on request.
This piece arrives fully assembled, so there is nothing to build: it is packed as a single unit with protective materials and only needs mounting to the wall. Mounting instructions are included.
Made from solid natural hardwood from top to base - no veneer over particle board - and finished with natural oils and waxes, so grain, colour and texture vary from piece to piece.
Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. Wipe away standing water immediately, keep the piece away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and use coasters or pads under glasses and heavy objects. Every 6-12 months, apply a wood conditioner or natural wax. On pieces with screws, joints or mortise-and-tenon construction, check and tighten the connections periodically.

Every piece is made to order and spends 7-10 business days in the workshop, then a further 3-7 business days in transit - roughly 10-17 business days from order to delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We ship to the United States only and handle US customs ourselves, so there are no duties or import fees on delivery.
Returns. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the full cost of return shipping; for a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund, and we confirm the amount with you before collection is booked. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Despite there being no absolutely no information on your website about it arriving in two pieces, that is exactly what happened. The artisan sculpted it in one piece - which I am aware of because I was sent pictures of it in progress - but then for some crazy reason it was cut in half and dovetail grooves were installed to put it back together. The problem is the grooves do not align properly, and the two halves will not fit together. The artisan has been responsive via e-mail and told me to keep trying, but when I did it started to separate along another joint, so I stopped. I then sent the artisan pictures and measurements showing why it won't fit together, and I was told to hire a carpenter to fix it. It appears to me that one (maybe both) of the dovetails need to be cut off and then some other method of attachment used. As it turns out now, the piece is useless to me and is just taking up space in my living room on the floor in two pieces. Please advise on what I should do.
