This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of solid wood.

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all protective materials intact. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
No restocking fee — you are refunded the full price of the item. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we cover the full cost of return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund; we arrange the collection and confirm the amount with you before it is booked. Every WoodEnecho piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

Couldn't load pickup availability
A deep loop of Natural Solid Wood turns from the top down through each rounded end and back along the floor, leaving one long opening in the side. Roughly half of that opening is filled by a wide drawer, while the rest stays clear above the base below.
A loop this deep is demanding to keep true, since both ends must turn through the same arc and land on the same plane or the table will rock. The drawer is sized to fill its half of the opening exactly, its front finished in the plane of the surrounding edge so the eye reads a single surface broken only by a fine shadow line. Nothing is screwed to that front, which keeps the face quiet and leaves all the attention on the figure of the wood. The open half is plain by comparison, with the lower run of the loop serving as its floor.
It sits well in front of a wide sectional, in a city apartment where hidden storage earns its keep, and in a room with a low rug, where the long horizontal line of the loop can be read properly.
Run a soft dry cloth over the top, the drawer face and the base, following the end curves rather than crossing them. Keep drinks on coasters, wipe spills before they can stand, and place the table well away from radiators, damp and long direct sun. Custom sizing may be available on request, and each tone finish simply colours the surface of the same Natural Solid Wood.
Each piece ships disassembled so it can be packed securely and arrive without dents or cracks. Detailed assembly instructions are included, and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.
Made from solid natural hardwood from top to base - no veneer over particle board - and finished with natural oils and waxes, so grain, colour and texture vary from piece to piece.
Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. Wipe away standing water immediately, keep the piece away from direct heat and strong sunlight, and use coasters or pads under glasses and heavy objects. Every 6-12 months, apply a wood conditioner or natural wax. On pieces with screws, joints or mortise-and-tenon construction, check and tighten the connections periodically.
Shipping. Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, no minimum purchase. Every piece is made to order and spends 7-10 business days in the workshop, then a further 3-7 business days in transit - roughly 10-17 business days from order to delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We ship to the United States only and handle US customs ourselves, so there are no duties or import fees on delivery.
Returns. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the full cost of return shipping; for a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund, and we confirm the amount with you before collection is booked. Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Despite there being no absolutely no information on your website about it arriving in two pieces, that is exactly what happened. The artisan sculpted it in one piece - which I am aware of because I was sent pictures of it in progress - but then for some crazy reason it was cut in half and dovetail grooves were installed to put it back together. The problem is the grooves do not align properly, and the two halves will not fit together. The artisan has been responsive via e-mail and told me to keep trying, but when I did it started to separate along another joint, so I stopped. I then sent the artisan pictures and measurements showing why it won't fit together, and I was told to hire a carpenter to fix it. It appears to me that one (maybe both) of the dovetails need to be cut off and then some other method of attachment used. As it turns out now, the piece is useless to me and is just taking up space in my living room on the floor in two pieces. Please advise on what I should do.
