WoodEnecho backs every piece with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears, we'll replace the affected parts at no cost to you.
This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or the natural characteristics of solid wood.

After the warranty period: we may still supply replacement materials where available, though labour and shipping costs would be yours to cover.

Every WoodEnecho piece is crafted from 100% solid natural wood — never particleboard, MDF, plywood or surface veneer. Each board is hand-selected and kiln-dried to a controlled moisture level, minimising warping, cracking and insect damage over years of use.
Because wood is a living material, every piece carries its own grain pattern, tone and natural knots — no two are ever identical. These variations are the signature of real wood, not a defect. Actual colour may also differ slightly from product photos due to lighting conditions.

One curved runner carries this media console in Natural Solid Wood, set well in from both ends so the case appears to hang above the floor. Three flush drawers run across the front, and a long recess beneath the row takes the place of handles.
The base carries the whole argument of the design. In place of legs or a full plinth, a single shaped runner sits well in from both ends and its lower edge is cut into a long arch, so the console meets the floor across a narrow central span while the case continues out past it on either side. That overhang makes a heavy form look light, and it holds because the runner is worked from thick stock and faired into the underside of the case without a step. Across the front sit three drawers of equal width, their fronts flat and their corners eased, with one recess run beneath the row so a hand reaches under any of them. Nothing is fixed to those fronts, which leaves the long horizontal completely unbroken.
It suits a living room media wall, a bedroom facing the bed, or a wide hallway niche where a low horizontal helps a tall space settle. A plain wall behind lets the arched base read at a glance.
Wipe with a soft dry cloth, following the sweep of the base rather than cutting across it. Lift marks with a barely damp cloth and dry immediately, keeping harsh chemicals, lingering damp and strong sun away from the piece. Size, tone finish and a number of design details can be agreed before making.
Each piece ships disassembled so it can be packed securely and arrive without dents or cracks. Detailed assembly instructions are included, and every joint is cut to fit together precisely.

Extended exposure to strong sunlight may cause the wood to fade, dry, or naturally shift in color over time. For best longevity, place the product in a cool, dry environment with soft or indirect light.
Gentle Cleaning
Dust regularly using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, chemicals, or abrasive materials that may damage or scratch the wood surface.
Periodic Wood Maintenance
Every 6–12 months, apply a wood conditioner or natural wax to help nourish the wood, maintain its luster, and improve moisture resistance.
Protect the Surface
Use coasters, pads, or protective mats under glasses, vases, and heavy or sharp objects to help prevent scratches, dents, or surface marks.
Inspect & Tighten Hardware
For products featuring screws, joints, or traditional mortise-and-tenon construction, periodically check and tighten connections to ensure long-term stability and strength.

Live Edge Coffee Table in Natural Wood – Organic Center Table for Modern Living Room
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Despite there being no absolutely no information on your website about it arriving in two pieces, that is exactly what happened. The artisan sculpted it in one piece - which I am aware of because I was sent pictures of it in progress - but then for some crazy reason it was cut in half and dovetail grooves were installed to put it back together. The problem is the grooves do not align properly, and the two halves will not fit together. The artisan has been responsive via e-mail and told me to keep trying, but when I did it started to separate along another joint, so I stopped. I then sent the artisan pictures and measurements showing why it won't fit together, and I was told to hire a carpenter to fix it. It appears to me that one (maybe both) of the dovetails need to be cut off and then some other method of attachment used. As it turns out now, the piece is useless to me and is just taking up space in my living room on the floor in two pieces. Please advise on what I should do.
